Eugene Voronovsky

born in Moscow in 1979.

A graduate of the Central Music School (class of G. Feygin) and the Moscow State Conservatory as violinist (class of prof. A.G. Bogdanyan).

In 2001-2002, a listener of the course of lectures “electroacoustic composition” in the studio at the Moscow Conservatory’s “Theremin-Center”.

The author of music for theater, documentary films, television and animation, as well as numerous albums of electronic music.

— Music for the film “In Between” (winner of the festival “New Balkan Film” in Stockholm, 2015);

— Sound art installation “Neft2” at the VI Moscow Biennale of Contemporary Art (2015)

For the European music press Eugene is known as the author of experimental electronic music under the name “Cisfinitum”;

Cisfinitum’s albums were released on CD by well-known Russian and European record labels. Sound art of the project was presented at the festivals “Reihe Elektronischer Musik” (St. Peter’s Cathedral, Bremen, 2005), “Red Cavalry” (La Casa Encendida, Madrid, Spain, 2011), and others.

As a violinist, he has collaborated with the Chamber Orchestra of the cultural center of Pavel Slobodkin (cond. L. Nikolaev), pop-jazz orchestra of MVD (cond. F.Aranovsky) and the Montenegrin Symphony Orchestra (cond. G.Krasko), as well as with a number of well-known pop projects (“Vitas”, “Emin”, M. Makarova, and others.)
